We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Manager / Regional Service Manager specialising in Engineering and Maintenance to oversee operations across multiple sites within our organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing maintenance teams, ensuring engineering standards are met, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a proactive leader to contribute to organisational efficiency and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead regional service operations, ensuring operational and financial KPIs are achieved.
* Build strong customer relationships and identify new business opportunities.
* Coach and develop field and office staff to deliver excellent customer service.
* Oversee workload planning, performance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Improve processes and data management, working closely with internal teams.
* Support warranty and contractual issue resolution.
About You
* Experience managing teams in a customer-focused environment.
* Strong understanding of operational and financial performance metrics.
* Proven leadership skills: motivate, coach, problem-solve.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
* Highly organised, adaptable, and comfortable working under pressure.
* Confident using data to drive improvements.
* IT literate (Microsoft Office essential; SAP beneficial).
* A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making capabilities. This role is ideal for a motivated leader eager to make a significant impact within a well-established organisation committed to operational excellence.
