Regional Sales Engineer – HVAC / Ventilation North East / Yorkshire £45,000–£60,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission OTE: £100,000+ Home Based | 3–4 Days on the Road | Company Car or Allowance About the Company Our client is a family-run British manufacturer within the ventilation industry, supplying and upgrading air handling, heat recovery, supply and extract systems. With strong national coverage and continued growth, they are expanding their regional sales team. The Role Home-based role covering East Midlands & East Anglia. You’ll spend 3–4 days per week on the road, managing and developing existing accounts while driving new business across your patch (50/50 split). Working closely with mechanical consultants and M&E contractors, you’ll promote bespoke ventilation solutions, build a strong project pipeline, and collaborate with internal technical teams to secure orders. What We’re Looking For Proven sales experience Background in HVAC / mechanical ventilation / fan sales (essential) Experience working with consultants and/or M&E contractors Target-driven, commercially focused and self-motivated Package Up to £60,000 basic (depending on experience) Uncapped commission – OTE £100k+ Commission structure: 1% on revenue under £100k 1.5% on revenue over £100k 0.5% on cross-region projects introduced Company car or car allowance Fuel card Pension Holiday
