Both homes are 2‑bed services with large living spaces, beautiful gardens, and a commitment to delivering outstanding care. They are now looking for a passionate, dedicated and ambitious Registered Children’s Home Manager to lead one of these new homes through registration, opening, and beyond. What’s on offer * Up to £65,000 basic salary, depending on experience * Up to £8,000 annual performance bonus * The chance to shape a brand-new home from the ground up * Supportive senior leadership and autonomy to build your own team * Investment in training, development and progression What they’re looking for * Experience as a Registered Manager in a children’s home OR a highly capable Deputy Manager ready to step up * Strong understanding of Ofsted requirements and legislation * A child‑centred, therapeutic, and consistent approach to care * Someone motivated, organised, and passionate about quality * A leader who can build, inspire and develop a strong team * Experience supporting children/young people with emotional and behavioural needs (EBD) The role * Lead the home through Ofsted registration and opening * Create a safe, nurturing, high‑quality environment for young people * Recruit and develop a skilled and engaged staff team * Ensure compliance, safeguarding and outstanding standards * Work closely with local authorities and external professionals * Drive continuous improvement and positive outcomes for children Please apply now to hear more
