Registered Manager – Children’s Residential Care (SY13) Full-time We are recruiting an experienced Registered Manager to lead a children’s residential home in the SY13 area. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing provider committed to delivering high-quality, therapeutic care. Salary: * <2 years’ experience: £50,000 rising to £55,000 after probation + £10,000 bonus * 2+ years’ experience: £55,000 + £10,000 bonus Key Responsibilities: * Lead, recruit, and develop a high-performing staff team * Ensure full compliance with Ofsted standards and regulations * Manage referrals, placements, and local authority relationships * Oversee training, performance, and daily operations * Create a safe, nurturing environment for young people Requirements: * Experience as an Ofsted Registered Manager with Good/Outstanding outcomes * Strong knowledge of Children’s Homes Regulations * Level 3 Diploma (Children & Young People) * Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or equivalent) Benefits: * Company pension * Health & wellbeing programme * Employee discounts * On-site parking Apply today to join a supportive team and make a lasting impact on young people’s lives
