The ideal candidate will have:

Experience as a Registered Manager or strong Deputy Manager in adult supported living or similar
*
A passion for high standards and delivering outstanding care
*
Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills
*
NVQ Level 5 (or working towards) in Health & Social Care or equivalent
*
Good knowledge of CQC standards and compliance
Key Responsibilities:
*
Oversee day-to-day operations of supported living services
*
Lead, manage and develop staff teams
*
Ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards
*
Build positive relationships with service users, families and stakeholders
*
Drive quality improvement and person-centred support planning
