Apply NowIm are looking for a Registered Manager to lead a small 1-bed children’s home supporting young person.
This is a genuine opportunity to build something from the ground up – creating a safe, stable and caring home where children can really thrive.
🧩 What you’ll be doing
Leading the home day-to-day and working towards Ofsted registration
Creating a calm, structured and child-centred environment
Supporting and developing your team
Making sure safeguarding, care plans and outcomes are always a priority
✅ What we’re looking for
Experience in children’s residential care
Confidence leading a team
Good understanding of safeguarding and regulations
Level 5 (or working towards) is a bonus
Experience with LD / complex needs would be ideal
