Job Title: Registered Manager – Children’s Residential Home Location: Walsall, West Midlands Salary: Up to £60,000 per annum We are working on behalf of a well-established children’s care organisation to recruit an experienced Registered Manager for a 2-bed residential home supporting children and young people with learning disabilities and EBD (Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties). This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior residential care professional to lead a small, close-knit team, deliver high-quality care, and make a meaningful difference in the lives of vulnerable young people. The Role Reporting directly to the organisation’s leadership team, the Registered Manager will take overall responsibility for the safe, effective, and compliant operation of the home. You will lead a team of care staff, ensuring each child receives person-centred support that meets their individual needs and promotes positive outcomes.
