Strong understanding of relevant legislation, safeguarding responsibilities, and Ofsted requirements A dedicated drive to maintain outstanding standards in care quality and regulatory compliance Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or currently working toward this) Full, clean driving license No failed Fit Person interviews or disciplinaries to declare
