This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a well-established organisation, who already have multiple Ofsted registered Children’s Residential Homes, who strive on growing staff in-house.
About the Organisation
A well-established provider with 16 children’s residential homes
Recently promoted two Registered Managers into Responsible Individual roles, demonstrating a strong commitment to internal progression
A growing organisation, with plans to open an additional 4–6 homes in the near future
Actively seeking experienced and passionate professionals to grow with the businessThe Role
As Registered Manager, you will play a key role in establishing and leading a high-quality children’s home. Your responsibilities will include:
Leading the setup, registration, and launch of the home
Recruiting, developing, and managing your own staff team
Ensuring high standards of care and full regulatory compliance
Creating a safe, nurturing, and therapeutic environment for young peopleRequirements
Minimum 2 years’ experience in residential childcare (within the last 5 years)
At least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or currently working towards)
Strong understanding of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding practicesWhat You’ll Receive
Competitive salary of up to £54,000 per annum
