Registered Manager – Children’s Residential Homes
This role is within a children’s residential home supporting young people with learning disabilities and emotional & behavioural difficulties (LD/EBD/SEN).
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing the day-to-day running of the home
* Ensuring high standards of safeguarding and care in line with Ofsted regulations
* Leading, developing, and supporting the staff team
* Driving positive outcomes for young people through a structured and supportive environment
* Managing compliance, audits, and regulatory requirements
* Building strong relationships with external professionals and stakeholders
To be considered for this role, you will need:
* Strong experience within a children’s residential setting
* Current or previous Registered Manager experience within a children’s home
* A minimum of 3 years’ combined experience across Deputy Manager and Registered Manager roles
* A strong understanding of safeguarding and Ofsted regulations
* Experience supporting young people with LD/EBD/SEN
* Level 5 in Leadership & Management (or working towards)
This role is based within a small, family-style home, offering a hands-on leadership environment with a strong focus on quality care and positive outcomes.
Salary: Up to £60,000 + excellent joining bonus
