Registered Manager – Children’s Residential Homes
We are currently recruiting for multiple homes supporting young people with learning disabilities and emotional & behavioural difficulties (LD/EBD).
Key Responsibilities:

Managing the day-to-day running of a children’s residential home
*
Ensuring high standards of safeguarding and care in line with Ofsted regulations
*
Leading, developing, and supporting the staff team
*
Driving positive outcomes for young people through a structured and supportive environment
*
Managing compliance, audits, and regulatory requirements
*
Building strong relationships with external professionals and stakeholders
To be considered for this role, you will need:
*
Strong experience within a children’s residential setting
*
Current or previous Registered Manager experience within a children’s home
*
A minimum of 3 years’ combined experience across Deputy Manager and Registered Manager roles
*
A strong understanding of safeguarding and Ofsted regulations
*
Experience supporting young people with LD/EBD
*
Level 5 in Leadership & Management (or working towards)
This role requires a confident, experienced manager who can lead from the front and is not new to registration.
These roles are based within small, 4-bed homes, offering a hands-on leadership environment with a strong focus on quality and outcomes.
The salary for this role is £60,000 depending on experience.
