The home currently supports two settled young people, offering an excellent opportunity for a strong leader to focus on staff development, stability and positive outcomes. What’s in Place * Deputy Manager already in post * Shared on-call rota * 28 days annual leave + pension * Staff wellbeing programme * £2,000 bonus for Good Ofsted inspection * £3,000 bonus for Outstanding Ofsted inspection Key Responsibilities * Manage the day-to-day running of the children’s home * Ensure compliance with Children’s Homes Regulations 2015 and Ofsted requirements * Lead and develop the staff team * Maintain safeguarding standards and high-quality care delivery * Support young people with EBD needs Requirements * Level 5 Diploma in Residential Childcare (completed or working towards) * Experience in a children’s residential management role * Strong knowledge of Ofsted framework and regulations
