About the Company You will be joining an established, multi-site provider of specialist Mental health and learning disability residential and nursing services across England. The organisation operates community-based homes and is committed to person-centred care, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement within CQC-regulated environments. Key Responsibilities • Provide clear, values-led leadership and overall operational management of the service. • Ensure care delivery meets CQC standards and regulatory requirements. • Oversee audits, supervisions, appraisals, recruitment, and rota management. • Drive continuous improvement and deliver agreed KPI outcomes. About You • Experience as a Registered Manager within a residential or nursing service. • Level 5 NVQ in Leadership and Management, or working towards it. • Strong working knowledge of CQC regulations and MCA and DoLS compliance.
