HTH Solutions Ltd are currently recruiting for an experienced Registered Manager to join a well-established domiciliary care provider in Birmingham.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced domiciliary care professional to take overall responsibility for the management of the service, lead a dedicated team and ensure clients receive high-quality, person-centred care within their own homes.
About the Role
The successful Registered Manager will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of the domiciliary care service, ensuring the service operates effectively and remains compliant with CQC regulations and relevant legislation.
You will play a key role in leading the care team, maintaining high standards of care and driving continuous improvement across the service.
About You
We are looking for an experienced Domiciliary Care Manager / Registered Manager who has:

Previous management experience within domiciliary care
*
Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance
*
Experience managing and developing care teams
*
An NVQ Level 4/5 in Health & Social Care or relevant equivalent
*
Experience with safeguarding, care planning and risk management
*
Strong knowledge of care quality and regulatory requirements
*
Excellent leadership and communication skills
*
A genuine commitment to providing high-quality, person-centred care
Key Responsibilities
*
Overall management of the domiciliary care service
*
Ensuring the service remains compliant with CQC regulations
*
Leading, supporting and developing the care team
*
Maintaining high standards of care and safeguarding
*
Managing care plans, risk assessments and quality assurance processes
*
Monitoring service quality and driving continuous improvement
*
Working closely with clients, families and healthcare professionals
*
Supporting recruitment, induction and staff development
*
Managing staffing levels and ensuring effective service delivery
*
Maintaining strong relationships with commissioners and external professionals
