Location: Manchester & Cheshire
We are seeking an experienced and driven Registered Manager to lead our well-established supported living services, delivering over 1,500 hours of care per week across Manchester and Cheshire.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong leader with proven experience in large-scale supported living environments. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining our excellent reputation while driving service growth and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day management of multiple supported living services
Ensure high-quality, person-centred care is consistently delivered
Lead, motivate, and develop a large staff team
Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and best practices
Identify opportunities for service development and expansionAbout You:
Proven experience as a Registered Manager (or similar leadership role) in supported living
Strong background managing high-volume care hours/services
Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills
Passionate about delivering outstanding care and achieving positive outcomes
