Location: Winsford CW1
Salary: £50,000 – £55,000 (DOE) + £10,000 Annual Bonus
Contract: Full-time
About the Role
Our client provides specialist residential care for children aged 11–17 who have experienced trauma, abuse, exploitation, or have learning difficulties. They are now seeking a committed Registered Manager to lead their WInsford home, ensuring high standards of care, regulatory compliance, and positive outcomes for young people.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide strong leadership and maintain a nurturing, therapeutic environment
* Ensure full compliance with Ofsted and safeguarding regulations
* Manage budgets, staffing, and resources effectively
* Oversee quality assurance and continuous improvement
* Support and develop the care team through supervision and training
* Build strong relationships with external agencies and stakeholders
Requirements
* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or equivalent)
* Minimum 3 years’ experience working with children with emotional/behavioural difficulties
* At least 1 year in a senior/supervisory role
* Proven success in achieving a minimum 'Good' Ofsted rating
* Full UK driving licence
Desirable
* Experience in therapeutic or youth justice settings
* Counselling or team-building skills
