Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a domiciliary care service delivering 3,000+ hours per week
Ensure compliance with CQC standards, the Manchester contract, and local authority requirements
Drive service quality, safeguarding, and performance outcomes
Manage, develop, and support care managers, coordinators, and care staff
Build and maintain strong relationships with local authority commissioners

Strong knowledge of the Manchester local authority contract
Proven track record managing large, high-volume care services
Confident in CQC compliance, audits, and governance
