Key Responsibilities
• Lead the commissioning for a new luxury care home.
• Achieve and maintain CQC registration, embedding strong governance and compliance from the outset.
• Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing senior and frontline team.
• Establish a positive culture focused on quality, dignity, and sustainable growth.
About You
• Proven experience commissioning a care home or service.
• Experience working as a Registered Manager in a CQC-regulated care environment.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and inspection readiness.
