Forest Care Selection are currently working with a leading care and education provider with operations across the country and focused on delivering high quality care and support to Children and Adults.
This unique and recognised employer is seeking a Registered Manager for their specialist residential setting attached to an educational establishment in the Lancaster area.
The Registered Manager in Lancaster will:
* Lead and manage this CQC registered service.
* Ensure the services continued compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
* Lead, motivate and develop a multi-disciplinary staff team to provide the highest standards of care and support.
The Registered Manager will need:
* Level 5 Leadership and Management/Health and Social Care.
* Experience of holding registration for CQC registered services.
* Effective Leadership and Management skills.
