Salary: £35,000 - £40,000

The Registered Manager Overview:

We’re working with a well-established, values-led provider who is growing at the right pace. They’re looking for an experienced Registered Manager to take the reins of a small residential service for adults with learning disabilities, autism and other complex needs.

This is a great opportunity to lead an established service, which is currently rated 'Good' with CQC.

If you’re currently a Registered Manager, or an experienced Deputy Manager ready to step up, this is a chance to work somewhere with supportive senior leadership and progression opportunities.

The Registered Manager role:

Lead and develop a committed team
Ensure genuinely person-centred support
Maintain and build on Good CQC standards
Working closely with senior leadership who are supportive, visible and realisticThe Registered Manager Candidate:

Experience working with adults with learning disabilities and/or autism within a residential care setting
Have managed or supported services through successful CQC inspections
Are already a Registered Manager, Care Manager or an experienced Deputy Manager ready for progression
Hold (or are working towards) a Level 5 in Health & Social Care
Lead with warmth, common sense and clear communication
Believe great care starts with great leadershipThe Registered Manager Package:

Stage one – Interview with the Operations Manager

Stage two – Interview with Director and Operations Manager
