Are you an experienced Care Home Manager looking to take on a leadership role? Our client is seeking a Registered Manager for a residential and nursing home. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a dedicated team in providing exceptional care in a prestigious setting. Service Overview Medium sized nursing home Present Registered Manager has handed in their notice and will transition to a new post in a different area.Key Requirements Must have proven nursing home experience Level 5 management or equivalent Desirable but not essential: Nurse qualificationPackage Salary: £60,000 per annum Bonus: £25,000 performance-related scheme OTE: £85,000Service Overview 40-60 beds registered  If you're ready to take on a rewarding leadership role as a Registered Manager in a luxury residential and nursing home, we want to hear from you.
