Job Title: Home Manager Salary: £45,000+ per annum + Occupancy Bonus (with flexibility for the right candidate) Hours: Full-time | Flexible Day Shifts (7:00–15:00 or 8:00–16:00) + On-Call Duties About the Role We are seeking an experienced and motivated Home Manager to lead a specialist Mental Health Nursing Home providing high-quality care to younger adults through to elderly residents. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established 30-bed service that is set to expand to 40 beds within the next 12 months. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving service development, maintaining high standards of care, and leading a committed multidisciplinary team. What We Offer * £45,000+ salary (negotiable depending on experience) * Occupancy bonus scheme * Flexibility in start and finish times (7am–3pm or 8am–4pm) * Opportunity to lead service growth and expansion * Supportive senior leadership structure * Real career progression opportunities Key Responsibilities * Provide strong, visible leadership across the service * Ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements * Maintain high standards of clinical governance and person-centred care * Manage budgets and occupancy levels effectively * Lead, develop and motivate the staff team * Build positive relationships with families, professionals and external stakeholders * Participate in an on-call rota About You * Level 5 in Leadership and Management (Health & Social Care) – Essential * Previous Home Manager experience preferred, but we welcome applications from experienced Deputy Managers or strong clinical leaders ready to step up * Strong understanding of mental health care provision * Experience working with younger adults through to elderly service users * Commercial awareness with a focus on occupancy and service growth * Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills The Service * 30-bed Mental Health Nursing Home * Supporting adults across a wide age range * Expanding to 40 beds within the next year * Focused on high-quality, person-centred care If you are an ambitious leader looking for a role where you can make a genuine impact and be part of an exciting growth phase, we would love to hear from you.
