Registered Manager

Key Responsibilities: To take overall responsibility for the safe, effective and person-centred running of the home: Lead, motivate and develop a multi-disciplinary team. Ensure the highest standards of care, dignity and independence for residents. Manage budgets, compliance, care planning and safeguarding. Undertake all aspects of medicine management in line with legal, professional, and regulatory requirements. Work with residents, families, staff and healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional care. Requirements: Experienced in a management role in a care setting for multiple years Strong leadership, communication and regulatory knowledge. Registration experience A passion for person-centred care, aligned with values of Family, Honesty and Respect.
