Registered Manager
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new start-up service, with flexibility around the service type (LD or EBD), although LD experience is preferred.
What’s on offer:
* Salary up to £65,000 (DOE) + bonus
* Opportunity for dual registration, progressing to Responsible Individual (RI)
* Long-term progression into an in-house trainer role
* Chance to shape and develop a new service from the ground up
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Registered Manager within children’s residential care
* Strong understanding of Ofsted regulations
* Leadership experience with a focus on quality and compliance
* Open to dual registration and progression opportunities
