Registered Nursing Home Manager Location: Wolverhampton Salary: £60,000 – £65,000 per annum Amber Mace is recruiting on behalf of a well-established and reputable care provider who is seeking an experienced Registered Nursing Home Manager to lead one of their services in the Wolverhampton area. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident, passionate, and commercially aware leader to take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of a nursing home, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care in line with CQC standards. The Role: As Registered Manager, you will be accountable for: The overall leadership and operational management of the nursing home Ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and maintaining a strong quality rating Managing, developing, and motivating a multidisciplinary staff team Driving high standards of clinical care, safeguarding, and resident wellbeing Managing budgets, occupancy levels, and financial performance Building positive relationships with residents, families, commissioners, and external professionals Ensuring robust governance, audits, and quality assurance processes are in place The Ideal Candidate: Proven experience as a Registered Manager within a nursing home setting Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and inspection processes NMC registration (RGN/RMN/RNLD) is highly desirable Confident leader with excellent people management skills Commercially aware with experience managing budgets and occupancy Passionate about delivering outstanding care and continuous improvement What’s on Offer: Competitive salary of £60,000 – £65,000 Supportive and forward-thinking care provider Autonomy to lead and shape the service Long-term career progression opportunities If you are an experienced Nursing Home Manager looking for your next challenge, or a strong Deputy Manager ready to step up, I would love to hear from you.
