Clinical Home Manager – Complex Care & Mental Health Please note: Visa sponsorship is not available for this role Location: Sheffield Salary: £65,000 – £85,000 per annum plus excellent bonus & benefits (depending on experience) Contract: Full Time, 40 hours per week About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Home Manager to lead a large, specialist nursing home in Sheffield. The service provides complex, nurse-led care for adults with high-acuity needs, including: • Severe and enduring mental health conditions • Neuro-disabilities including Huntington’s disease • Dementia and associated complex behaviours • Challenging behaviours and co-morbidities • Individuals with a history of unsuccessful placements Experience Service Manager (Hospital or Care Home): 2 years (required) Due to the size and complexity of the service, this role requires a highly experienced and confident leader who can manage clinical, operational, and strategic responsibilities. You will work closely with the Operations Manager and play a key role in building and sustaining a high-performing team that delivers safe, person-centred care.
