Registered Manager (RQIA) – Part-Time / Flexible – Northern Ireland
We are currently seeking an experienced Registered Manager (RQIA) to support the development and oversight of care services in Northern Ireland.
This is a part-time and flexible opportunity, ideal for an experienced professional looking to take on a leadership role within a growing organisation.
Key Responsibilities
• Act as the Registered Manager in line with RQIA regulatory requirements
• Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and care standards
• Oversee service delivery, quality assurance, and safeguarding practices
• Support staff management, training, and development
• Maintain accurate records and prepare for inspections
• Promote a safe, effective, and person-centred care environment
Requirements
• Previous experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager within a care setting
• Strong understanding of RQIA standards and regulatory requirements
• Proven leadership and organisational skills
• Experience in managing compliance, safeguarding, and inspections
• Excellent communication and decision-making abilities
Compliance
• Enhanced Access NI check (or willingness to obtain)
• Right to Work in the UK
• Relevant qualifications in Health & Social Care (Level 5 or equivalent preferred)
What We Offer
Competitive salary: £30,000 – £45,000 (pro-rata, depending on experience)
