Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN)

About the Role

We are currently recruiting experienced and compassionate Registered Mental Health Nurses (RMNs) to join services in Taunton. The successful candidate will provide high-quality, person-centred care while supporting service users with mental health needs in a safe and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Deliver high standards of mental health nursing care

* Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care plans

* Support service users with dignity, respect, and empathy

* Administer medication in line with NMC guidelines

* Maintain accurate clinical records

* Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams

* Escalate safeguarding or clinical concerns appropriately

Requirements

* Valid NMC Pin as RMN

* Previous mental health nursing experience preferred

* Strong communication and assessment skills

* Ability to work independently and within a team
