The Role As a Registered Nurse, you will: • Deliver and oversee high-quality, person-centred nursing care • Lead and support care staff on shift • Ensure clinical governance, policies and best practices are upheld • Manage medication safely and maintain accurate clinical records • Promote dignity, independence and wellbeing • Build positive relationships with residents, families and healthcare professionals You will play a pivotal role in maintaining standards and creating a safe, supportive environment for both residents and colleagues.
