Position: Registered Nurse

Pay rate: £24.36 per hour + Excellent added benefits
Hours: Full time, Days

Careermakers is recruiting for an experienced Registered Nurse to join a reputable nursing & care home in the heart of Sleaford. This medium bedded purpose-built home caters to residents with nursing, dementia & residential care needs. As a Registered Nurse, you will work closely with the Deputy Manager to the correct care is provided to residents.

Responsibilities as a Registered Nurse:

* Deliver person-centred care to residents, including medication administration and health monitoring

* Work with care staff and external professionals to maintain and update care plans

* Support residents and families with guidance on health, wellbeing, and ongoing care

Requirements as a Registered Nurse:

* Registered Nurse Qualification (RGN/RMN/RNLD)

* Active NMC Pin

* Previous nursing home experience
