We're looking for a Relief Night Porter to join our temporary hospitality team in Brockenhurst, New Forest. Key Responsibilities
As a Relief Night Porter, you will:
Provide a warm and professional welcome to guests during overnight hours
Assist with late check-ins, early check-outs, and guest enquiries
Carry out security checks and monitor access points
Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve issues efficiently
Handle telephone calls, reservations, and administrative duties
Maintain high standards of cleanliness in public areas
Complete overnight reports and accurately record incidents
Prepare facilities for the following day's operations
Follow health and safety procedures and support emergency responses when required
Work closely with other departments to ensure excellent guest service
What we're looking for

Excellent customer service and communication skills
The ability to work independently and make sound decisions
A reliable, trustworthy, and professional approach
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Basic computer literacy
Previous hospitality, customer service, or security experience
