Cruise Travel Consultant Duties: * Building unique and captivating worldwide Cruise Holidays with a wide variety of cruiselines and destinations. * Tailormaking cruise and stay tour itineraries whilst offering excellent customer service. * Creating bespoke packages at great prices. * Providing an exceptional and consistent level of customer service throughout the entire enquiry process. * Ensuring timely responses to calls and emails. * Achieving all set revenue and profit targets through effective closing techniques. Cruise Travel Consultant – Essential Requirements: * Proven experience with a cruise tour operator, either B2C or B2B * A confident telephone manner coupled with a proactive approach * A dynamic, self-motivated mindset with a strong drive to achieve success * Preferred knowledge of travel geography, cruising and first-hand travel experience * Familiarity with Excel spreadsheets * Strong communication skills both written and verbal * Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and cruiseline and other booking platforms with excellent written and spoken English * Capability to work both independently & collaboratively * Keen attention to detail that ensures accuracy in all tasks If you are currently a cruise travel specialist seeking to embark on a rewarding journey where your passion and drive will contribute to crafting exceptional cruise holiday experiences for valued clients this is the role for you
