Responsive Repairs Manager South London Temporary Contract - On going Pay: £302 PAYE / Day We are looking for an experienced Repairs Manager to lead responsive repairs across our social housing portfolio in South London. This is a temporary, ongoing position offering flexible hours. The Role You will manage the delivery of day-to-day responsive repairs, ensuring high-quality service for residents while coordinating operatives and contractors efficiently. You will oversee workflows, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with health & safety regulations. Key Responsibilities Manage responsive repair operations across the housing stock Supervise operatives and subcontractors to maintain high standards Schedule and monitor repair works to ensure timely completion Conduct inspections and quality control checks Maintain compliance with health & safety and housing regulations Liaise with residents and resolve queries professionally Report on performance metrics and progress to senior management Requirements Proven experience in social housing repairs management Strong knowledge of responsive maintenance Excellent organisational and leadership skills Understanding of health & safety regulations Ability to work flexibly and manage priorities effectively Full UK driving licence preferred If this role is of interest to you, please apply with your CV
