Job Description
Conducting property inspections and surveys as a Repairs Surveyor across Havant, identifying issues including damp, mould, and structural defects
Managing contractors and overseeing subcontracted repairs delivery across the Havant region
Diagnosing building defects and specifying cost-effective and high-quality remedial solutions
Ensuring compliance with HHSRS and delivering excellent customer service standards in Havant
Coordinating responsive and planned maintenance works while maintaining accurate documentation and performance tracking
Skills / Qualifications
HNC Level 4 (or higher) in Surveying, Construction, or Built Environment
Strong technical knowledge of construction standards and building defect diagnosis
Experience managing contractors and delivering repairs within housing or property sectors
Strong communication and customer engagement skills for a Surveyor role in Havant
Full UK Driving Licence and good IT skills across Microsoft Office and property systems
