They deliver multi-million-pound façade and cladding projects across the UK, including high-rise remediation and recladding schemes, many of which are carried out in occupied buildings. This makes communication and resident engagement a key part of successful delivery.
They’re now looking to bring in a Resident Liaison Officer to support their live projects.
Key responsibilities:
* Acting as the main point of contact for residents on site
* Managing communications, notices, and updates
* Handling queries, concerns, and complaints professionally
* Supporting site teams to minimise disruption
* Keeping accurate records of resident interactions
Package:
£35k + car allowance + pension + life insurance + 25 days holiday + bank holidays
