Resident Services Manager
The postholder will lead and manage a portfolio of strategic improvement projects while ensuring day‑to‑day service gaps are effectively covered. The role operates at both a strategic and operational level and includes direct line management responsibility.

Temporary for 12 monthsKey Responsibilities
Lead service improvement projects across Housing Tenancy Services
Oversee digitisation initiatives including tenancy audit and self‑declaration programmes
Drive improvements in data quality, systems usage, and reporting (NEC/Northgate)
Review and implement policies and procedures to support service improvement
Monitor and report on key performance indicators
Provide line management for project and client support staff
Support transition of project activity into business‑as‑usual servicesAbout You
Proven experience in housing services or a similar public‑sector environment
Strong service improvement, transformation, or project leadership experience
Experience managing staff and coordinating multi‑disciplinary work
Confident working with housing systems, data and performance reporting
Able to operate at pace in a complex, changing environment
