Job Title: Residential Childcare Trainer/Assessor (Freelance)
Location: Hybrid - Home/Field based covering Liverpool, Manchester and surrounding
Rate: £200 per day
Type: 2 days per week for approximately 6-9 months, with possibility to extend
Essential Criteria:
Hold either a recognised Assessor award OR Level 3 Teaching qualification.
Must hold a Level 3 in Residential Childcare, or relevant occupational experience.
Knowledge of End Point Assessment.
Full, clean UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
Must be flexible with travel.Duties include:
Assess and support a caseload of learners working towards Residential Childcare Apprenticeships, Level 3 and 4.
Managing your diary efficiently to ensure timely reviews and meetings are conducted.
Conduct remote and face to face meetings and training sessions with learners.
Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress.
Support, advise and motivate learners.
Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.Please note:
