Residential Conveyancer
This is an exciting opportunity to become an integral member of the firms Conveyancing team.
Duties:
• Manage residential conveyancing cases independently, from instruction to post-completion.
• Communicate effectively with clients and third parties via phone, email, and letters in a professional and timely manner.
• Provide expert legal advice to clients.
• Collaborate with Conveyancers and Secretaries to ensure smooth transaction progress.
• Contribute to business development by fostering relationships with third parties and attending networking events.
• Review title registers, client instructions, and related documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Draft and amend relevant legal documents, ensuring adherence to AML regulations.
• Submit applications to the Land Registry and address requisitions promptly.
• Utilise IT systems effectively to manage case files and documentation.
Experience:
• 2+ years experience with managing a conveyancing caseload.
• Excellent communicator, who can demonstrate good time management, alongside organisational and problem-solving skills. Accuracy and the ability to pay attention to detail is crucial.
• Self-motivated and able to work alone or as part of a team.
