Buglear Bate is a long-established high street Law Firm with an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality legal services and client care. They are now looking for a Residential Conveyancing Lawyer to join their property team.

This role offers the chance to handle quality residential conveyancing work in a friendly, well-run team where you will have direct face to face client contact.

As a Residential Conveyancing Lawyer, you will manage a varied caseload across a broad range of residential property matters, including:

Sales and purchases of leasehold and freehold properties
Remortgages
Transfers of equity
Lease extensions
Land acquisition
Experience Required

2+ PQE Residential Property experience
Qualified Solicitor | Legal Executive
Strong experience across a broad range of residential conveyancing transactions
Confident managing a varied caseload
Client-focused, personable and commercially aware
Strong relationship management skills
