Job Reference: 905 Job Title: Residential Maintenance Engineer Salary: £40,000 - £43,000 Per annum Location: Knightsbridge, London Job Type: Technical/Engineering Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 08:00am – 05:00pm Job Summary We’re looking for a passionate and dedicated Maintenance engineer to join our client’s team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for carrying out general maintenance across a high-end residential building. If you have a strong background working within high end residential or luxury hotel environments. Key Responsibilities ·PPMs & reactive maintenance ·Minor plumbing works. ·Carrying out general repairs within apartments and communal areas ·Basic carpentry repairs (doors, hinges, locks, skirting, cabinetry adjustments) ·Patch plastering and making good following works ·Painting and decorating touch-ups to maintain high presentation standards ·Repairing damaged walls, ceilings and finishes Requirements ·Comfortable working across a variety of trades rather than a single discipline ·Confident carrying out both reactive and planned maintenance ·3 years’ experience in a similar position ·Right to work in the UK What’s on Offer ·28 Days Annual Leave ·Free parking on site ·Training & development If you live in or around the London area or Knightsbridge, Mayfair, Belgravia this could be the role for you.
