* £29,800 – £36,000 per annum, depending on experience and level
* £50 per sleep-in paid on top

Your responsibilities as Residential Support Worker at Compass
* Assist young people with daily routines, education and activities
* Build strong, positive relationships that create trust and stability
* Help maintain a safe, structured and supportive home environment
* Assist with care plans, routines and developmental goals
* Contribute to shift coordination and support less experienced staff where required
* Complete reports, records and day-to-day household responsibilities
What we’re looking for in a Residential Support Worker
* Previous experience in residential childcare or supporting young people
* Understanding of safeguarding and care planning processes
* Experience working within structured residential or care environments
* Ability to support or guide others within a team setting
* Willingness to complete relevant childcare qualifications
Working hours: Shift work including evenings, weekends and sleep-ins
