Apply NowWe are currently recruiting Residential Support Workers to join an Ofsted-registered, three-bedroom children's home in Ribchester.
Location: Ribchester, PR3
Contract: Temporary to Permanent (Full-time hours)
This home delivers high-quality residential care and education to children and young people with mental health needs, including Autism, Social, Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (SEBD), and complex behaviours.
Key Responsibilities:
Support children in building and maintaining relationships with family and friends
Encourage participation in community activities such as clubs and day centres
Assist with all aspects of daily living
Safeguard vulnerable children, reporting any concerns or signs of harm
Carry out housekeeping duties and maintain high standards of hygiene within the home when requiredRequirements:
Experience working with children aged 6-18 with learning disabilities, complex needs, or Autism
Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) preferredHow to Apply:
