Support Worker – SEMH Support – Swansea (South Wales) Are you passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of children and young people? We are seeking dedicated Support Workers to join a specialist residential care and education provider in Swansea. This Support Worker role offers a rewarding opportunity to support children and young people with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. In this Support Worker in Swansea position, you will play a key role in supporting, mentoring, and encouraging young people while engaging in activities such as sports, visits to local attractions, cinema trips, and outings to theme parks. This role is ideal for individuals committed to fostering positive development and wellbeing among young people in a caring, supportive environment.
