Restaurant Manager We are recruiting an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to lead a stunning restaurant and bar set within a beautiful historic location. As Restaurant Manager, you will take full ownership of the day-to-day operation, delivering exceptional guest experiences while building, motivating, and developing a strong front-of-house team. The Role * Lead and inspire the restaurant and bar team to deliver outstanding service at all times * Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth service and high standards across the venue * Manage staffing levels, rotas, training, and ongoing team development * Drive sales, manage budgets, and control costs to maximise profitability * Maintain excellent food, drink, and service standards * Ensure all health & safety, compliance, and company procedures are followed * Work closely with the kitchen and senior management to support business growth About You * Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or strong Assistant Manager ready to step up * Passionate about hospitality and guest experience * A natural leader who can motivate and develop a team * Strong organisational and communication skills * Commercially aware with experience managing KPIs and budgets * Confident working in a busy, high-quality restaurant and bar environment What’s on Offer * Salary: £35,000 – £37,000 * Bonus: 10% performance-related bonus * Tronc Tips: £8,000 – £10,000 per year * Opportunity to work in a beautiful, historic venue * Join a growing company with genuine career progression * Supportive senior leadership and a positive working culture This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven hospitality professional looking to make their mark in a premium restaurant and bar environment
