Retail Sales Manager - Europe
Our client is a rapidly growing distributor of premium bathroom products. Representing two internationally recognised luxury brands—manufactured in Brooklyn and Italy—they operate within the high-end interiors market with strong untapped potential.

Roles/Responsibilities
Manage and develop relationships with a network of European retail partners
Support retailers with product training, quoting, and ongoing account management
Maintain consistent communication cadence and KPI-driven engagement with accounts
Process quotes and manage enquiries efficiently to support sales conversion
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Identify opportunities to increase product presence, display, and sell-through
Progress into a field-based role involving travel across Europe to meet retail partners
Represent the brand professionally, driving engagement and long-term partnershipsQualifications
Experience in sales support, account management, or junior sales roles
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Commercially aware with a process-driven mindset
Ambitious and motivated to develop into an international, field-based sales role
Interest or experience in luxury, interiors, or premium consumer goods (desirable)
Willingness and enthusiasm for European travel as the role developsBenefits
Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 basic
OTE: £45,000 – £50,000
