Salary: €45,000 – €55,000 + 10% Bonus
Kerry Robert Associates are delighted to be working with a leading hotel client in Hamburg (Germany) to recruit a commercially driven Revenue Manager.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys taking ownership of performance, driving revenue strategy, and working closely with key departments to influence results across the business.
● Drive pricing, forecasting, and overall revenue strategy
● Optimise performance across rooms, groups, and MICE business
● Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and demand patterns
● Manage distribution channels and revenue systems
● Work closely with Sales, Front Office, and Events teams
● Lead regular revenue meetings and reporting
● Identify opportunities to maximise profitability and performance
Requirements
● Experience in hotel revenue management (2+ years preferred)
● Strong commercial and analytical mindset
● Confident using PMS/RMS systems (i.e. Opera or similar)
● Fluent in German and English
● Proactive, detail-focused, and results-driven
● Strong team player with a collaborative approach
