Revit MEP Coordinator

Job Title: Revit MEP Coordinator Location: London (Hybrid - 2-3 Days in Office) Job Type: Contract Duration: 3 Months Hours: 37.5 per week Rate: £35-£39 per hour Start Date: Immediate Overview An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Revit MEP Coordinator to support a busy Building Services consultancy on a 3-month Outside IR35 contract. The role will focus on MEP coordination and Revit modelling across an active Education project. The successful candidate will work closely with engineers and project teams to ensure coordinated service models and technical design information are delivered to the programme. Key Responsibilities Produce and manage MEP models using Autodesk Revit Coordinate mechanical, electrical and public health services within federated BIM models Support project delivery across Stage 3-4 design phases Work closely with engineers and project teams to resolve coordination issues Produce coordinated drawings and model outputs Maintain BIM standards and ensure model accuracy across projects Requirements Proven experience as a Revit MEP Coordinator or MEP Revit Technician Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP Experience coordinating mechanical and electrical services model Understanding of BIM coordination workflows and clash detection Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams Working Arrangement Ideally 3 days per week in the Manchester office Candidates able to attend 2 days per week will also be considered Candidate Profile You will be a technically strong MEP BIM professional with excellent Revit modelling and coordination skills, capable of supporting multidisciplinary Building Services teams in delivering coordinated designs.
