Our client specialises in designing and constructing cleanrooms both within the UK and abroad - they work across various sectors such as the life sciences, pharmaceutical and aerospace industries.
We are looking for a driven individual with strong experience using Revit to produce 3D models and 2D drawings. We are keen to speak with candidates who have worked for contractors, consultants and architectural/design practices - as long as you have experience using Revit.
* Permanent Full-Time role
* Salary on offer: £30-£45k dependant on experience
* Based in company offices at Haverhill and Thetford
* Work from home 1-2 days a week
The role will require you to attend the Thetford office 2 days per week and 1-2 days per week at the Haverhill office, with the rest of the week WFH.
Role Requirements:
* 1+ years of experience using Revit (Arch/MEP/Structure) - Essential
* Experience using AutoCAD is desirable but not essential
* Experience using Onshape is desirable but not essential
* Experience using Microsoft Excel
* Experience with cleanroom/controlled environment design is a plus but not required.
* Strong team player, organized, driven, and great communicator
Key Responsibilities:
* Producing and reviewing 3D models and 2D drawings using Revit and also producing associated technical documentation
* 3D design and coordination of complex projects
* Conducting client design meetings
* Performing clash checks and leading design communications
