T&K Associates are currently recruiting on behalf of our Client in Ashby-de-la-Zouch for a Reworker to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis. Reworker Job Details & Benefits; * Weekly Rotating shifts * Mornings - Monday – Friday, 6am-2pm * Afternoons Monday – Thursday 2pm-10:45pm, Friday 2pm-7pm * £13.74 - £14.78 per hour (Hourly rate includes shift premium) * 28 days holiday to start including bank holidays increasing with length of service to a maximum of 33 days including bank holidays * Optional paid overtime * Opportunities to train and progress * Healthcare * Company pension scheme * Free parking Reworker Job Details; * To complete modifications to IPC standards * To inspect completed assemblies as detailed in the relevant process and procedural manuals to IPC/customer specifications * To follow company procedures to ensure product and process integrity is maintained at all times * Assist the engineering and quality departments with technical queries and investigations * To support the creation of documentation when required * Assist with continuous improvement activities when required Reworker Person Specification; * Previous experience within soldering is required * Previous experience within an Electronics industry is preferred * Ability to follow drawings and complete paperwork * Good dexterity skills If you are interested in the position as a reworker then please apply by sending your CV
