If you have experience in road freight and thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment, this could be the perfect role for you. As an integral part of our road freight team, you’ll manage shipments, liaise with clients and transport partners, and ensure smooth, efficient delivery operations across the UK and Europe. Key Responsibilities Manage road freight shipments efficiently from collection to delivery. Liaise with clients, keeping them informed and resolving queries promptly. Arrange transport bookings and maintain strong relationships with carriers and suppliers. Resolve operational issues to ensure timely and accurate delivery of shipments. Ensure all documentation, including transport instructions and compliance paperwork, is accurate. Collaborate with the wider team to support smooth workflow and high client satisfaction. What We’re Looking For Previous experience in road freight, transport coordination, or logistics operations. Knowledge of UK and European road freight processes and documentation. Strong communication skills with clients, suppliers, and transport partners. Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to solve operational challenges. Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
